  1. Take 12 of boneless chicken thighs skinned.
  2. Get of x 2 juice of lemon.
  3. Use 4 cloves of garlic chopped.
  4. Take 1 tsp of ground cumin.
  5. Get 1 tbsp. of smoked paprika.
  6. Use of x 2 tbsp. of olive oil (optional) or low calorie spray oil.
  7. Provide of x 1 tsp of mixed spice.
